KATHY SUNDBY:  Kathy joined her husband in 1976 and together they became the top-producing team in Rapid City. They have specialized in higher-priced, executive homes and in 1997 they had 10 of the largest 11 home sales in the Multiple Listing Service. Kathy holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and also has her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from South Dakota State University where she graduated at the top of her class.  She was elected to Sigma Theta Tau, the national nursing honor society, and  Phi Kappa Phi, the national honor society.  She also has her CRS and GRI certifications. Kathy has served on the Boards of the United Way, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Rotary Club, church and the Library Foundation. Both John and Kathy have Broker's Licenses.  Kathy is known for her tenacious and intelligent approach to getting transactions together and keeping them together.  If it's possible, Kathy will make it happen. 

BOBBY SUNDBY:  Bobby joined in 1993 after graduating magna cum laude from Augustana College with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business Administration and Health & Hospital Administration.He received a top Pro-Musica Scholarship along with the Myron Floren Scholarship, Elmen Family Business Scholarship and the Blue Key National Honor Society selection. Bob's easy going disposition and personable way with people have made him a popular Realtor in Rapid City. His extensive knowledge of the area and experience combine to serve buyers & sellers.  He also has considerable experience in selling and operating multifamily and commercial properties.  He served as Executive/Finance Committee Chair and President of the Black Hills Children's Home Society Board in 2017 and past volunteer guitar teacher. In 2008, Bobby became a co-owner of Rushmore Cave/Rushmore Cave. His hobbies include being a Nationally Certified Ski Instructor and playing as a musician with Crash Wagon and the Lonely Rangers bands, opening for bands such as Night Ranger, Blood Sweat and Tears and Jefferson Starship.  Bobby & Genae (and MAI Commercial Appraiser and D.Ch) have two children, Parker (2000) and Sammi (2002).  Parker has been attending Berklee College of Music and Sammi a senior in High School and Co-Volleyball Captain.
